Most SAP ERP Modules are compatible with JIRA2SAP. Just send us your requirements and we will check the realization free of charge and without obligation.

JIRA2SAP requires Jira version 7.0 or higher. Furthermore, NetWeaver in version 7.0 or newer is required on the SAP side.

JIRA2SAP supports both Jira versions: Cloud and Server.

Unfortunately, we do not offer trial licenses. But you can order the Proof of Concept (PoC) first, where you don't need to purchase any license.  (see the Answer to the PoC below).

A live demonstration of JIRA2SAP is possible. Moreover, we also recommend to arrange a live demo, so that we can focus on your individual technical aspects and discuss them with you in advance.

The entire integration and its complexity depends on customer requirements and SAP environment: if it is classical one or includes a lot of custom development. As soon as all requirements and technical issues are clarified and the access to the customer SAP DEV environment has been established, it takes 4-6 weeks to complete the implementation. Therefore, you would normally need to estimate 2-3 Months for the whole project completion: beginnig from the order confirmation till the project acceptance. However, it is quite a rough estimate and highly dependant on the use case, preparation time, co-working on the client side and status quo.

The rough cost breakdown is as follows:

JIRA2SAP License: CHF 15'000 (1 year service/maintenance included)
SAP module content (if available)*: CHF 8,000
Integration costs**: CHF 10,000 to CHF 25,000
Service/maintenance (optional, due from the 2nd year) per year: CHF 4,500

* If the required SAP content/template is not yet available in the JIRA2SAP Base, the effort will be included into the Integration part.
** The integration costs are calculated based on time and material basis.

It is possible. Within the PoC' scope we will integrate JIRA2SAP Connector into your environment and prepair 1-2 example transaction between JIRA and SAP.  Ususally it takes 5 days to complete the PoC implementation and you don't have to pay any license fees, only the integration expenditure.

Basing on PoC the client can make the decision to continue the whole integration and start implementation of the needed requirements or easily quit the idea if something didnt meet his expectations (so far we have not had this kind of experience). All things considered, the PoC expenditures should be understood as part of the overall project.
The license costs are only due when the order is confirmed, insofar as our product should appeal to you.

The most accurate specification is needed for us to be able to draw up an individual offer.

A customer-specific implementation is always required. Being a customer-oriented company, we respond individually to customer needs and requests.
 

The module is to be installed on SAP side, but the API has to be accessible on JIRA site.
