Use Case description:

A service request is received from the customer in SAP or Jira or a new machine has to be installed at the customer premises. The assignment is planned in Jira and spare parts are booked directly from SAP. Information on customer machines and service history is always available and mobile for better solution finding. The completion of the service order with documentation of the solution and time recording can be recorded on a mobile PC/tablet. In SAP, the order is also documented for the customer machine and the service order is ready for invoicing with a completed status.
