Use Case description:

A QM notification is created in SAP or Jira for a customer product. In Jira, a QM process is initiated for the technician/developer team to track the problem and solve it sustainably. Linked data from SAP on the product and customer service can be viewed. Entries can be created and linked in SAP Knowledge Management/Confluence. The status of the QM notification is updated in SAP and supplemented with information and links.
